I have lost my keys — can you still get me in?
Yes. We can open the door without the original key in the vast majority of cases. If the lock is too worn or compromised, we will fit a new lock and supply you with a fresh set of keys, and explain why.Will my insurance cover the call-out?
Many home insurance policies include emergency locksmith cover. Keep our invoice — most insurers will reimburse the call-out. Check your policy schedule under 'Home Emergency'.How much does an emergency lockout cost?
Every lockout is a little different, so we don't quote a final figure over the phone. We tell you the price on arrival, before any work — and you pay once you are back inside, with no hidden charges.
